The Vannamei prawns on the market are farmed on large farms in both Asia and Central America. Ours comes primarily from Southeast Asia.
Our Vannamei prawns are all ASC-certified, which means that the prawns are gently farmed in a controlled environment without the use of antibiotics.
Daily inspections by the breeder, combined with strict import controls to the EU and ongoing quality control and analyzes in our production, ensure a high-quality product of the highest standard.
We follow HACCP’s principles, which are an internationally recognized management tool for managing food safety.
